Finally, an exercise which will improve your balance and help you to stand and move gracefully.
Stand up straight. Bend your foot, flat against the inner thigh of your left leg.
Breathing in, slowly raise both arms to shoulder level.
Breathing out, raise your arms over your head and bring the palms together.
Breathing normally, stretch gently upward once or twice.
Breathing in, lower the arms to shoulder level.
Breathing out, lower your arms to your sides and your right leg to the floor.
Repeat with the other leg.
