The butterfly: How to reduce fat from the hips and back
This one is good for firming flabby thighs and removing surplus fat from the hips and bottom.
1 Sit on the floor (against a wall if you want to make sure your back is straight).
2 Clasp the feet firmly with both heads.
3 Breathing in, raise the knees up and hold them there for a second or two.
4 Breathing out, lower the knees as for as they will go without strain. Repeat two or three times.
5 Now, with your legs in the open position, gently move them up and down, making very tiny movements, like trembling butterfly wings.
6 Finally, keeping your knees in the open position, rock your bottom from side to side.
