Sit erect, arms hanging loosely by your sides.

Close your eyes.

Very slowly, circle the right shoulder backwards three or four time and then forwards three or four times. Make the circle as big as you can, without straining.

Repeat the exercise with the left shoulder. By doing this exercise we can reduce the extra weight or fat of our shoulder.

Now circle both together.
