This is the first step of women workout through that woman can reduce weight by exercising in step by step manner. 1 Sit cross-legged on the floor.

2 Take hold of your left food with your right hand and your right foot with your left hand.

3 Bend slightly forward and tuck your head in towards your knees.

4 Pull on your feet and let yourself shoulders, allowing your momentum to bring you back up again.

You can do this up to ten times. It will massage your spine and all your back muscles, and it is marvellous for improving your posture. Be sure to do this exercise on a rug or a folded blanket, necer on a hard floor.
