Chest expander
This is a two-in-one exercise. It helps you towards a pretty bustline and keep your back supple.
1. Stand with your heels together, arms at your sides.
2. Breathing in, bring your hands up in front of you until your fingertips are together and your thumbs are touching your chest.
3. Stretch your arms straight out in front of you, the backs of your hands facing each other.
4. Now take them behind you, keeping them as high as you can, until you can interlace your fingers.
5. Holding your breath in, bend very slightly backwards.
6. Now begin to breathe out, bending slowly and gracefully forward as you do.
7. Hold this position for a few seconds, breathing normally and keeping your neck and head completely relaxed.
8. Straighten up slowly and let your arms fall back to your sides.
