Breathing at the end of the body exercise relaxes the muscles of the your body and help the mind to relax as well. Because our breathing goes on automatically, we very seldom pay any attention to it. The body needs a continual supply of oxygen with which to repair and re-energize itself, so giving it an extra supply now and then, by taking a few good deep breaths, has a marvelous effect.

Try this. Stand, feet slightly apart, near an open window.

Breathe only through your nose. First, breathe out until there us no air at all left in your lungs. This expels all the stale air and allows your lungs to take in as much fresh air as they will hold. Now breathe in to the count of seven and out to the count of seven, three or four times.

Breathing deeply and slowly doesn’t only give you more energy. It also has a calming, relaxing elect- so it’s worth trying if you’re in a situation that makes you feel nervous.
