play & stream video footage on their phone. The video feature can record
clear video footage at a speed of 30 frames per second. The 3G capabilities
of the RIZR Z8 allows the user to take part in a video call which allows the
user to see who they are talking to on the large 2.2 Inch colour screen,
whilst the second VGA video calling camera will record the user which will
be seen by the users contact. The user can enjoy a video call with any video
calling compatible contact.
The RIZR Z8 comes with an integrated music player which allows the user to
enjoy a lively or relaxing music experience when their on the move. The
music player supports MP3 music formats as well as other popular formats.
The music player allows the user to create their own playlists & add a
personal feel to their music experience by adding on screen visualisation to
enhance their music. The built in music player comes with a skip feature &
shuffle facility which allows the user to control their music easily. The
phone supports MP3 & polyphonic sound ringing tones. The user can enjoy
their music wirelessly using Bluetooth™ wireless technology with a
Bluetooth™ stereo headset.
The phone comes with preloaded games which the user can add to by simply
downloading more games of their choice. The Motorola RIZR Z8 comes with a
picture caller identification feature which allows the user to add a photo
to contacts in their phone book. The phone comes with an easy to manage
phone book which allows the user to add, remove & up date their contacts
details easily. The phone comes with an easy to use interface which allows
the user to gain access to the phones functions with one click of the
button. The phone comes with a handsfree speaker phone feature which allows
the user to take calls over the phones speakers without holding their
handset. The user can take part in a conference call which works like a
meeting style call with up to six contacts per call.
The user can stay in contact with family, friends & colleagues by using one
or more of the messaging services provided on their RIZR Z8 which include
instant messaging, email, multimedia messaging & text messaging. The phone
comes with an instant messaging service which allows the user to communicate
with text & icons to any contacts who are online at the same time as the
user. The email service supports SMTP, POP3, IMAP4 & SSL/TLS2 email which
allows the user to send & receive emails on their mobile handset. The
multimedia message service also known as MMS messaging allows the user to
send a message comprising of text, sound & a photo or video to any MMS
compatible mobile phone contact.
