How Do I Find My Eyebrow's Perfect Arch And Length?
We can't say enough about the importance of good eyebrows. To say that eyebrows
"frame the face" is a cliché, but an all too true cliché. Once you start
noticing people's eyebrows, you'll see what a difference they make in one's
overall attractiveness. Misshapen eyebrows are a nightmare, an atrocity that
can ruin an otherwise stunning set of features. Bad eyebrows are worse than
a bad haircut at least with a bad haircut you can wear a hat!
Luckily, there's something pretty cool about eyebrows: the ones Nature gave
you are probably pretty close to perfect already. Pretty close – but there's
always maintenance to be done, and sometimes Nature needs the help of a good
set of tweezers. If you plan on shaping your eyebrows or if you already do, here's a simple
trick you should be armed with to find the ideal locations of the arches.
1.Use your index fingers to gently press and lift the skin of your temples
up toward your hairline.
2.Pluck accordingly from the bottom of your brows.
Need some remedial brow help? Use the old pencil trick to determine where
your brows should stop and start.
1.Hold a pencil against the outer edge of your nostril pointing straight up
toward the sky. Where the pencil hits (or doesn't hit) your eyebrow is its
ideal starting point. 2.Hold the end of the pencil against the same edge of your nostril and pivot
it out (like a compass) to touch the outer corner of your eye. The pencil
should be crossing the front of your face diagonally. Follow the line of the
pencil to your eyebrow – that should be where it ends however, a little more
eyebrow length is okay if you prefer a thinner brow.
