INGREDIENTS:
1 cup fried onions
1 cup curd
2½ tsps ginger/garlic paste
½ kg mutton/beef, sliced like pasande
2 tbsp almond and cashew nut powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2½ tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp all spice powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp coconut powder
1tsp cumin seeds
Few ground green cardamoms
For garnishing
Mint leaves
Lemon juice
Few green chillies
Oil for frying
DIRECTIONS:
Heat oil and add fried onions, simmer for a while and add all the
ingredients one by one including the meat. Cook for a while and cover the
pan. Simmer until the meat is tender. Dish out and garnish with mint leaves,
green chillies and lemon juice.
