INGREDIENTS:
13 oz milk
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp coffee
3 eggs
1 packet lemon jelly
3 tbsp sugar
2 oz cream
DIRECTIONS:
Separate the egg yolks and egg whites. Add cocoa powder, coffee, egg yolks
and sugar in the milk and boil until thick. Prepare jelly in half a cup of
water. Beat egg whites till they become fluffy and add to the mixture. Set
it in the mould and refrigerate for five to six hours. Serve with cream.
