Avocets
This is a beautiful bird which has black and white wader with a long up-curved
beak. Found in warm climate, Avocets have long and thin legs and classic
white feathers. They eat aquatic insects and other small creatures. Avocet
is found in England on sea beaches and it is the emblem of Royal
Society For The Protection Of Birds. There are four species of Avocet
which are Pied Avocet, American Avocet, Red-necked Avocet and Andean Avocet.
It belongs to family of Recurvirostridae.
