The Tundra Double Cab has such strong structure that we can call it one of the toughest trucks. It has been manufactured in Texas and has been designed and produced by Toyota. Toyota Tundra Double Cab 2012 Exterior And Interior: The new Tundra Double cab has gone through slight changes from its earlier version. It has a black colored front grille. It has bold chrome bar covering three black colored bars inside it. The front headlights are attached to the sides of the grille. There is a black color bumper exactly underneath the grille. The Tundra Grade is equipped with three types of engine. It either has 4.0liter engine with 6 cylinders which makes it a V6 and has five speed automatic transmission or has 4.7liter engine with 8 cylinders which makes it a V8 and has six speed automatic transmission. The last choice available in the Tundra Grade is 5.7liter engine with 8 cylinders which makes it a V8 and has 6 speed automatic transmission.
All the other trims are equipped with 5.7liter engine with 8 cylinders giving the engine a title of V8. They all have six speed automatic transmission.
