This engine gives an accumulative maximum power of 85 HP at 6000 RPM and torque of 113 NM at 4500 rpm. The diesel version of Maruti Suzuki Ritz is endowed with a 1.3L, 1248cc DDiS engine also having the 5 speed Manual Transmission. Bestowed with BS IV emission, Maruti Suzuki Ritz performs impressively on the road and gives and impressive mileage of 14.1 KM per liter on city roads and 19.1 KMPL on the highways.
The car has been engineered with high ranking technology which not only empowers the car but also improves its performance. It incorporates high quality material in the engine and around it like engine oil, sparkplugs and DOHC camshaft that increases its performance manifolds.
