After making successful business in Europe and Korea, General Motors launched Chevrolet Optra Magnum 2011 in India. Chevrolet Optra Magnum 2011, is a medium priced sedan car which is challenging the position of different  sedans of its kind in India.

This is low end sedan car which is designed for those customers who can not afford expensive and luxury sedan cars. It has good 1598 (cc), 1.6L VGIS I-4 engine and 5-speed manual transmission system which greatly contributed towards the handling and performance of this car. Chevrolet Optra magnum is available in both petrol and diesel powered engines and also gives you ample color choice because it comes in six colors. Modern safety features, comfortable interior, stylish design and impressive exterior are some prominent features of Chevrolet Optra magnum 2011.

    Recently pickedup an LT version diesel Magnum. Nice car. Responsive engine, Very spacious, silent ride, good auto a/c, comfortable seats, feels heavy. Average fuel efficiency am getting is 11 km/ltr. Car has done only 1000 kms so far.
    On the bad side, Slight body rolls (may be coz of tyre flex as the recommended pressure is only 28 PSi for such a heavy car) poor head light illumination & relatively tight clutch.

    Everything else is fine with this car. They cud swap the 6 CD Changer with a normal double din player with BT function and add features like parking sensors and sunroof atleast as options, I strongly believe that this car will go a long way.

      chikku if your car is new and still the clutch feels heavy get it replaced now. i ignored my magnums heavy clutch and ended up replacing it for 19000 buks with only 30500kms done

    Dear Sir
    I have a problem in my new car that was in high speed if I reduced the speed or brak stop the engin is continue working but the car is not moving , but if I stop the engin then the car is working normaly ,, it is often repeated the same problem for your kindly helping as my car details is :
    automatic CHOVERLET OBTRA . modale 2011 , size 1600 , 3 passengers,KL1JJ5C60BK114335 . ENGINE no : F16D38572601,,,,,
